No Cash on Delivery (COD): To ensure the security of your valuable jewellery, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services. All orders must be prepaid through our secure online payment gateways.
Insured Shipments: Every Swaé Jewellery order shipped within India is fully insured against loss or damage in transit.
Trusted Courier Partners: We partner with reputable and reliable logistics providers such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, and similar services to ensure secure and timely delivery. The choice of courier partner will depend on serviceability to your specific shipping address.
Secure Packaging: Your jewellery will arrive in durable, tamper-proof packaging to ensure its safety during transit. Each piece is carefully packed to prevent damage.
Delivery Timeframe:
Orders are typically dispatched within 3-4 working days of order confirmation.
Once dispatched, delivery within India usually takes 5-8 working days, depending on your location.
Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email and/or SMS notification containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment on the courier partner's website.
Recipient Verification: To ensure the safe and secure delivery of your valuable jewellery, the recipient will need to provide a valid government-issued photo identity proof (e.g., Passport, PAN Card, Driver's License, Voter's ID, Aadhaar Card) at the time of delivery. The courier agent will verify the identity and note down details for security purposes. Please ensure the recipient's name provided in your order matches their ID.
Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will typically make up to three attempts to deliver your product. If the recipient is still unavailable after these attempts, the product will be returned to our facility.

We will, however, do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays.
Incorrect Address: It's your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Swaé Jewellery will not be responsible for non-delivery or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional charges may apply for re-shipment due to incorrect addresses.
