At Swaé Jewellery, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your handcrafted pieces. Each Swaé item is meticulously crafted by skilled artisans, and while minor irregularities are a testament to their unique, handmade nature, we understand that sometimes an exchange may be necessary.
Please read our exchange policy carefully before making a purchase:
1. Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchanges ONLY. We do not offer refunds if you simply dislike the product.

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery of your order.

The product(s) must be unused, untampered, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact to be eligible for exchange.

Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all exchange requests.

Customized orders and items purchased on Sale/Promotional Offers are NOT ELIGIBLE for exchange.
2. Reasons for Exchange
We'll gladly exchange your Swaé Jewellery if:

The product(s) delivered is different from your original order (e.g., wrong design, color).

The product(s) delivered arrived damaged.

The product has missing parts.
-
The product has quality issues (beyond minor handcrafted variations).
3. Exchange Process

Our team will review your request. Upon approval, we'll send you an email confirmation.

We'll arrange a complimentary pick-up of your jewel within 48 working hours of receiving your approved request (for eligible cases).

The product must be securely packed in its original packaging before it's picked up.

Once we receive the product(s) and it passes a quality check to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria, we'll dispatch the fresh/correct product.

A product can be exchanged only ONCE through the course of an order.

Exchange shipments may take longer than usual (up to 15-20 days, as the product will first be picked up, undergo a quality check, and then be re-shipped).

Please note that we don't offer any discounts on exchange orders. All exchange items will be processed at their original prices.

All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If a suitable exchange product isn't available, a credit note (exclusive of shipping charges) will be issued to your registered email ID. This credit note will be redeemable on your next purchase and will be valid for 3 months.
5. Important Notes

Slight variations in color and design may occur due to display differences and the handcrafted nature of our products. These aren't considered defects.

If a used or tampered product is sent for exchange, it will be returned to you at your expense, and the exchange won't be processed.

In case of an approved credit note, only the product value will be credited; shipping charges are non-refundable. Additionally, a credit note issued on the website is redeemable only on the website.
